Acceptance of Terms
By using the Fusha app ("the App"), you agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any clause of these terms, you must stop using the App immediately.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make bookings on the App.
Nature of the Service
Fusha is an intermediary platform that lets you search for and book farms and chalets directly from their owners ("Owners"). Fusha is not a party to the stay agreement made between you and the owner — our role is limited to facilitating discovery, booking, and communication, and ensuring owners meet basic standards to list on the platform.
Your Account
- You must provide accurate, complete information (name, phone number) when creating your account.
- Sign-in and phone number verification happen via a one-time password (OTP) — you are responsible for keeping this code confidential and not sharing it with anyone.
- You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including bookings confirmed using it.
Bookings & Payment
- A booking is binding once confirmed by the owner — you must honor the agreed check-in and check-out times.
- You are responsible for reading the property details and the cancellation policy displayed at the time of booking, before confirming.
- Available payment methods (cash on arrival or others currently supported by the App) are clearly shown during checkout.
- Any dispute about the property's actual condition versus its listed description must be raised through in-app support tickets immediately.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a booking according to the cancellation policy displayed on the property's page at the time of booking — this policy varies from property to property, so please review it carefully before confirming. Cancellation fees may apply for late cancellations, as disclosed on the property page.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
- Deal honestly with owners and respect the property and its belongings during your stay.
- Do not use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- Do not post false or misleading reviews about any property.
- Do not attempt to circumvent the booking or payment system adopted in the App.
- Any violation of these obligations may subject your account to disciplinary action, including suspension or termination.
Reviews & Ratings
You may rate properties you've visited after your stay ends. Your reviews and comments must be honest and reflect your actual experience. Fusha reserves the right to remove any review containing abuse, false information, or content unrelated to the stay experience.
Account Suspension or Termination
Fusha may suspend or terminate your account if these terms are violated. You may also delete your own account from the App settings at any time, provided all active bookings are completed or cancelled first — see the Privacy Policy for details on what happens to your data after deletion.
Limitation of Liability
Fusha is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding the condition of listed properties. Fusha is not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from your stay at a property booked through the App, or from the owner's conduct. We always recommend verifying property details and contacting the owner before final confirmation.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Iraq. We encourage resolving any dispute through the Fusha support team first; failing that, the competent Iraqi courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material change via an in-app notice, and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of them.
